I’m excited to announce a brand new Equestrian Videography Workshop taking place on 4th July 2026 in the UK.

This workshop is designed to give you a complete behind-the-scenes insight into how I create equestrian film projects professionally — from the very first camera settings all the way through to the final edit.

During the day, I’ll guide you through my entire process:

Morning Session – We’ll start with filmmaking theory, camera settings, lenses, equipment, movement, storytelling, and how I approach shooting horses and riders professionally. I’ll explain the settings I use, why I use them, and how to make cinematic equestrian footage feel intentional and polished.

Filming Session – Around lunchtime and throughout the early afternoon we’ll move into the practical side. I’ll film a real project live while explaining every decision I make throughout the shoot. You’ll get to observe how I direct scenes, work with movement, adapt to lighting, and create cinematic shots in real time. The filming session will last approximately 4 hours.

Editing Session – In the afternoon and evening, we’ll begin editing the footage we created during the day. I’ll show you my full editing workflow, including how I select clips, build a sequence, color grade, create atmosphere, and turn raw footage into a finished cinematic project.

For this workshop, we’ll be filming together with Mia Rodley, who is highly experienced in front of the camera and works professionally with horses in liberty, stunt work, and film productions alongside running her own online academy. Together, we’ll create a cinematic project across different scenarios and environments, both indoor and outdoor (weather permitting), giving you insight into how to adapt your filming approach depending on location and conditions.

As I’ll be showing you my whole workflow in a real life scenario, you won’t need to bring any filming equipment with you for this workshop. This allows you to fully relax, observe, and immerse yourself in the creative process without worrying about settings or capturing shots yourself. My goal is for you to focus entirely on learning — asking questions, understanding techniques, and seeing exactly how I approach filming and storytelling in a professional equestrian project from start to finish.

Lunch, snacks and drinks will all be provided throughout the day at the location.

Please note that travel and accommodation are not included in the workshop price, so you will need to arrange those separately if needed.

About me

For about 7 years now I am working as freelance videographer & photographer in the equestrian industry for some of the biggest brands like Pikeur, BOSS, Maya Delorez, Schockemöhle, Equestrian Stockholm, Tommy Hilfiger and many more.

I didn’t follow a traditional path. No film school, no formal training—just years of experimenting, refining, and developing a distinct visual language. And that unconventional route became my greatest strength.

Today, after years of dedication, I’ve had the opportunity to help shape and elevate the equestrian content space—bringing a more cinematic, story-driven approach to an industry that had rarely seen it before.
